    【摘要】心律失常是食管癌术后的一种常见并发症，2002～2006年我院共手术治疗食管癌患者117例，术后均施行心电监护，发现心律失常者37例，发生率为31.6%。我们从发生原因、临床表现及处理等几个方面，提高了临床护理质量，使食管癌术后心律失常的发生率明显降低。
