    【摘要】糖尿病足最常见的后果是慢性溃疡，最严重的结局是致残甚至截肢，大大降低了患者的生存质量。因此，加强足部护理，重视足部的局部用药及处理，对防止糖尿病足的发生、发展，减少糖尿病足的致残率，使糖尿病足得以顺利治愈具有重要的意义。
