    【摘要】我国是乙型肝炎高发区域，医院内感染尤其是县级以下医院、个体医疗等单位仍是当前导致乙型肝炎病毒传播的主要场所。预防关键在于医院领导重视，消毒制度严格，医护人员准确掌握和应用消毒技术，采取切实可行的预防措施，切断传播途径，是可取得效果的。
