慢性肝炎合并糖尿病肝功能指标与血糖水平的相关性分析

【摘要】肝脏是人体重要的代谢器官，肝功能异常时易发生和加重糖代谢的紊乱，在肝病和糖尿病的治疗上，两组疾病相互影响，因此，治疗时应权衡利弊，原则上积极治疗病毒性肝炎，改善肝功能，避免应用影响糖尿病的药物，有利于降低血糖。在选用降糖药物时，肝病的活动期及肝硬化病人尽可能的应用胰岛素，减少药物的副作用，有利于疾病的康复。
