    【摘要】目的：分析腹部钝性损伤的CT征象，探讨CT对腹部钝性损伤的诊断价值。资料与方法：回顾性分析56例腹部钝伤的CT表现。其中脾创伤33例，肝创伤22例，肾创伤5例，同时伴有脾、肝(肾)创伤4例。结果：CT对肝、脾、肾损伤的诊断准确率分别为97%，90%和100%。本组病例中有48例合并有腹腔积血(85.7%)。结论 CT是腹部闭合性损伤有价值的诊断方法，腹腔积血(哨兵血块征)是一个重要的征象。

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate CT scan in blunt abdominal trauma. Materials and Methods 56 cases of blunt abdominal trauma were retrospectively reviewed. The injuries includes 33 cases in spleen,22 cases in liver and five cases in kidney. ResultThe coincidence rate of CT diagnosis with the final clinic results was 97%,90% and 100% respectively. Conclusion CT is a valuable method in diagnosis of blunt abdominal trauma.
