中青年两下肺结核病人X线片诊断体会
【中图分类号】R51.81【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2007)09-0025-02【摘要】目的：研究发生在两下肺的中青年肺结核病人在胸片中的不同表现。方法：收集我中心结核门诊就诊的20例中青年肺结核病人，对他们在X线片中不同表现结合临床、痰检及CT检查进行分析。结果：发生于左下肺肺结核病例13例，发生于右下肺肺结核病例6例，发生于两下肺肺结核病例4例。
结论：发生于两下肺的中青年肺结核病人在X线中表现越来越不典型，较难与肺部
其他炎症鉴别，应引起注意。

【Abstract】Objective:The research occurs in two lungs Chinese youth pulmonary tuberculosis patients' in sternum different performance. Method: Collects 20 examples Chinese youths pulmonary tuberculosis patient which my center tuberculosis outpatient service receives a medical examination, to them in X piece the different performance union clinical, the phlegm examines and the CT inspection carries on the analysis.
