    【摘要】我院地处东北偏远山区，坠落伤发生率一直较高，近年来交通事业发展，交通事故日益增多、造成腹部闭合性损伤呈逐年上升趋势，现依据本组病例诊治情况结合有关文献对腹部闭合性损伤的早期诊断，术中处理要点进行讨论。

    我院从2001年10月至2006年9月共收治腹部闭合性损伤166例、保守治愈4例、剖腹控查162例、其中剖腹后无需特殊处理4例、需手术治疗158例、两处以上损伤16例 ......
