    【摘要】腰椎间盘突出症的发生是由于椎间盘发生退变，在外伤、过劳等因素作用下，纤维环破裂，髓核突出破裂的纤维环向外突出到硬膜腔，压迫神经根或脊髓马尾神经引起的腰部疼痛及下肢放射痛为主要症状的疼痛。采用牵引、手法和中药等综合疗法比以往的单一治疗效果明显提高，特别是在基层医疗单位切实可行。
