    【摘要】目的：探讨双侧原发性同时性乳腺癌的临床诊治情况和预后情况，以及与单侧乳腺癌的对比分析。方法：双侧原发性同时性乳腺癌18例及单侧乳腺癌360例的临床特点、病理类型、生存情况进行回顾性对比分析。结果：双侧原发性同时性乳腺癌与单侧乳腺癌均呈年轻化趋势。预后生存率与临床分期、分型、最初的正确治疗有关。1年、5年、10年生存率分别为94.4%、61.1%、33.3%。结论：对乳腺癌的早期诊断以及进行积极规范化的以手术治疗为主的综合治疗极为重要，双侧原发同时性乳腺癌与单侧乳腺癌生存率相差无几。

    【Abstract】Objective:After discusses at the same time the double side primary stage the breast cancer clinical diagnosis situation and the pre-situation, as well as with single side breast cancer contrast analysis.
