    【摘要】TUBVP具有手术安全性高，低温切割，对周围组织损伤小，不损伤勃起神经，手术适应范围广，止血效果好等优点，值得在临床上推广。但由于目前开展的手术例数少，尚需积累更多的病例及经验，以进一步观察其远期疗效。
