国产吻合器治疗环状混合痔
【中图分类号】R61【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2007)09-0081-02【摘要】目的:探讨国产吻合器痔上粘膜环切术(PPH)治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法:采用国产的圆形吻合器对15例环状混合痔病人进行手术治疗。结果:平均手术时间18min，术后平均住院时间5d，吻合均一次成功，所有患者术后痔块均完全回缩。随访3～17个月,无复发,无大便失禁、肛门狭窄和肛周感染。结论:采用国产吻合器行PPH具有操作简单、安全、疗效好、创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、合并症少、治疗费用比较低廉等优点,值得临床推广。
