    【摘要】LC手术虽较传统开腹相比时有明显优越性，但与传统开腹手术一样，同样可能发生某些严重并发症。不能仔细观察及时发现，就达不到预期的效果，而且会给病人造成更大的痛苦，因此术后护理是LC成功的重要环节，要给予高度重视。
