    【摘要】患者住院期间由于病情或特殊体质可能发生难以预料和防范的意外后果，可给患者造成身心损害，因而应引起护理管理者的高度重视。回顾所发生的意外，剖析原因，寻找规律，寻求有效的防范措施，提高护理质量。
