    【摘要】目的：探讨肛周脓肿一次性切开根治术的经验和临床效果。方法：回顾31例肛周脓肿一次性切开根治术的治疗结果。结果：31例均一次治愈，随访无复发、肛瘘形成及肛门失禁等后遗症。结论：一次性切开根治术治疗肛周脓肿安全可行、疗效确切，可避免患者二次手术的痛苦，术中正确寻找并处理内口是手术成功的关键。
