思密达保留灌肠治疗慢性细菌性痢疾的疗效研究

【摘要】临床上采用思密达保留灌肠治疗慢性细菌性痢疾显效率95%，较口服思密达或卡那霉素灌肠(P<0.05)均有显著性差异。因此，思密达保留灌肠治疗慢性细菌性痢疾疗效肯定。且本品不被肠道吸收，不进入血循环，对人体无毒副作用，又不会产生耐药性，值得基层医院推广使用。
