    【摘要】手术室抢救危重病人时，开放静脉通路是急救的必要措施之一。静脉留置针操作简便易行，成功率高，护士可单独操作，合理使用完全能保证术中输血、输液的速度，从而保证手术顺利进行。

    【Abstract】the operating room rescue seriously injured patient, the open vein circuit is one of first aid essential measures. The vein leaves alone the needle to operate briefness, the success ratio is high, the nurse may alone operate, reasonably uses in the versatile guarantee technique to transfuse blood, the infusion speed, thus the guarantee surgery smoothly carries on.
