    【摘要】目的：介绍临床应用硝普钠377例的操作方法和疗效分析。方法：硝普钠50mg，加入5%葡萄糖水500mL中,持续静脉滴注,根拟不同病情调节滴速。结果：临床应用硝普钠治疗377例病人，显效：290例、(76.9%)；好转：43例、(11.4%)；死亡：44例(11.7%)。结论：硝普钠是一种快速、强效血管扩张剂，用于抢救心衰、治疗各种心血管疾病有显著疗效，值得临床推广应用。

    To treat the patients of 377 cases with Sodium Nitroprusside in clinical Zhu Yingyuan

    【Abstract】Objective:To introduce the method and therapeutic efficacy to treat patients of 377 cases with sodium Nitroprusside in clinical,Methods: Liquids of 5% glucose of 500 mL and injection of Sodium Nitroprusside 50 mg,v/drop、continue,but to select the rate of infusion Liquid,must as the diseases.Result: There was: ①best therapeutic efficacy in patients of 290 cases(76.9%)；② better therapeutic efficacy in patients of 43 cases(11.4%); ③ and death in patients of 44 cases(11.7%).Conclusion: Sodium Nitroprusside was a rapid and violent effective drug to dilate the blood vessels.To treat heart failure and any cardiac diseases with Sodium Nitroprusside was very effective,must be applied in clinical. ......
