    【摘要】目的：评价肿瘤病人在大剂量化疗后并发肺真菌病的CT表现并分析其价值和限度。 方法：患者5例，男4例，女1例，均为肿瘤化疗病人。3例经肺组织穿刺活检证实，2例多次痰检证实。全部病例行CT平扫并增强扫描，在一段时间内CT随访。 结果：所有病例累及多个肺叶，其中4例病例累及所有肺段。3例病人见多发空洞，3例病人见胸腔积液，4例病人见淋巴结肿大。 结论：在大剂量化疗的肿瘤病人并发的肺真菌病，病变累及范围更广，类型更趋多样化。CT扫描对该疾病的提示和对预后的估计具有重要作用。

    CT appearance of tumor patients cocurrenting pulmonary mycosis after large dose.chemotherap(a report of 5 cases) Liu Xin

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the CT appearance and analyze CT value and limitation of tumor patients cocurrenting pulmonary mycosis after large dose.chemotherapy.Method： 5 cases of cancer chemotherapy were reviewed,including 4 males and 1 female.Pulmonary mycosis were confirmed in 3 patients by lung tissue biopsies,and 2 patients by sputum examination.Plain CT scans and enhanced CT study were obtained in all cases,and follow up for some time by CT.Result：Some lung lobes were involved in all cases,and all lung lobes were involved in 4 patients.3 patients had multiple cavities,3 patients had pleural effusion and 4 patients had lymphadenectasis.Conclusion：Lesions are more extent and the type of lesions are more diversified in tumor patients cocurrenting pulmonary mycosis.CT scanning play important roles in diagnosis and prognosis of pulmonary mycosis,【Key words】Pulmonary mycosis；Chemotherapy；CT ......
