    【摘要】目的:探讨急诊意识障碍患者的病因构成及鉴别诊断。方法：对我院急诊98例意识障碍患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:急诊意识障碍的原因依次为：急性脑血管病、急性外源性中毒、急性感染性疾病、严重创伤、内分泌疾病及其他。结论:急性意识障碍是危重急症，其病因复杂，牵涉多系统疾病，但均以常见病，多发病为主，因此接诊要首先确定是否昏迷，昏迷的程度，同时施行抢救措施，作详细全身检查，配合必要的化验和辅助检查，及时作出恰当的鉴别诊断。
