    【摘要】腹痛多数由腹部脏器疾病所引起，但胸部疾病及全身性疾病也可引起腹痛。不同的患者其腹痛的临床表现不尽相同，临床医生很容易将腹痛的病因局限于腹腔内器官疾病，这样容易增加心血管突发事件的误诊率。在腹痛明确病因之前尽量不用或少用镇痛剂，若要用则应选用解痉类镇痛剂而不选用麻醉性镇痛剂。明确诊断后可酌情应用麻醉性镇痛剂。
