    【摘要】类风湿性关节炎属于中医历节，顽痹、骨痹范畴。其病情反复发作，易导致关节畸形，功能障碍，严重影响人们的健康与生活。明确其病因、病机及现代医学的发病机理，应用中西医结合治疗，通过临床观察，疗效较为满意。
