谈人性化管理对门诊高年资护士的管理体会

【摘要】目的:通过加强对高年资护士的管理,提高护士的整体素质及服务水平。方法:采用人性化的管理方法。结果:较好地发挥了她们的优势,克服了存在的不足,提高了社会效益和经济效益。结论:高年资护士不是医院的负担,同样是一支可塑、可开发的人力资源。

【Abstract】Objective:Through strengthens to the high period of service nurse’s management,improves nurse’s overall quality and the service level.Method:Uses the human nature management.Result:Has displayed their superiority well,has overcome the existence insufficiency,enhanced the social efficiency and the economic efficiency.Conclusion: The high period of service nurse is not the hospital burden,similarly is plastic,the potential human resources.
