    【摘要】我科2006年7月~2007年2月其间的住院病人，诊断符合CCMD-3-R的诊断标准的50例。其中发生自杀行为者9例，男性3例，女性6例。9例中有3例自杀死亡,6例自杀未遂；自杀行为发生率18%；抑郁症患者是造成自杀最常见的一个原因；护士应具备较好的心理素质和应变能力,加强责任心帮助患者排解消极自杀意念,另外还需要社会的支持和家庭的干预,健全完善的心理干预机制，降低自杀率。
