    【摘要】骨科手术患者在围手术期由于多种因素的影响，常出现腹胀、便秘等现象。为此对43例骨科手术病人进行系统的饮食指导，认为正确的饮食结构可降低腹胀、便秘的发生，本组便秘发生率为9.3%。

    【Abstract】Orthopedics surgery patient is encircling the surgery time as a result of the many kinds of factors influence,often appears phenomenon and so on distension of the abdomen,constipation.Carries on the system for this to 43 examples orthopedics surgery patient the diet instruction,thought the correct diet structure may reduce the distension of the abdomen,the constipation occurrence,this group of constipation formation rate is 9.3%.
