    【摘要】随着医药科技迅速发展，临床静脉用药的不断增加，对护士用药能力提出更高要求，为了减少静脉用药过程的失误，针对临床护士在输液与静脉药物配置过程中容易出现问题的各个环节进行管理，制定各班工作质量标准和用药制度，通过专题培训提高护士药物知识，加强职业道德教育，规范药物配置过程操作程序，使静脉用药过程保质保量，保证患者用药安全有效。

    【Abstract】Along with medicine science and technology rapid development,the clinical vein with the medicine unceasing increase,sets a higher request to the nurse with the medicine ability,in order to reduce the vein with the medicine process fault,is easy in view of the clinical nurse in the infusion and in the vein medicine disposition process to have the problem each link to carry on the management,formulates various class of work quality standard and with the medicine system,enhances the nurse medicine knowledge through special training,strengthens the occupational ethics education,the standard medicine disposition process operation sequence,causes the vein to maintain quality and quantity with the medicine process,Guaranteed the patient safely uses the medicine to be effective. ......
