    【摘要】目的：探讨经岩骨乙状窦前入路岩斜区肿瘤手术切除的配合。方法：回顾分析40例经岩骨乙状窦前入路岩斜区肿瘤患者，对手术配合及其护理进行总结。结果：40例岩斜区肿瘤患者全切27例，次全切9例，部分切除4例。预后良好33例，中残6例，重残1例。结论：在磨除岩骨时应注意骨质结构。经岩骨乙状窦前入路显微手术的特点要求术者及助手之操作要稳、准、轻。
