    【摘要】护理风险管理始终贯穿在护理操作、处置、配合抢救等各个环节和过程中，有时在极其简单或微不足道的临床活动中都有风险，一旦发生护理缺陷或事故，都会给患者和家属带来痛苦或无法挽回的损失，也给医院造成负面影响和经济损失。因此，护理风险管理可以防患于未然，降低护理风险的发生，减少护理纠纷。

    【Abstract】Nurses the risk management throughout to pass through in nurses the operation,handling,the coordinate rescue and so on in each link and the process,sometimes in extremely is simple or the not worthy of mentioning clinical activity all has the risk,once occurs nurses the flaw or the accident,can give the patient and the family member brings the loss which the pain or is unable to recall,also has the negative influence and the economic loss to the hospital.Therefore,nurses the risk management to be allowed to prevent accidents before they occur,reduces nurses the risk the occurrence,reduces nurses the dispute.
