    【摘要】人工髋关节置换术(THR)被认为是效果非常肯定的治疗方法，该手术已在世界各地广泛推广应用，同时也是我市近十年来矫形外科学中投入较多，发展较快的领域之一，随着该手术适应范围的扩大如骨性关节炎，类风湿性关节炎、创伤性关节炎、股骨头缺血坏死，某些髋关节骨折peget病性关节炎及系统性红斑狼疮长期服用大量激素引起的股骨头坏死等，以及人们生活水平及对生活质量要求的提高。因此增强身体免疫力和心理承受性，提高对THR并发症发生的严重性及治疗护理的认识，做到预防为主，及早发现及时处理，尽量避免增加病人痛苦，甚至造成严重的并发症至关重要。
