    【摘要】军团菌属细菌，是一种具有高度爆发流行性的呼吸道感染的致病菌。至1976年美国疾病控制中心确认以来，世界各地均有散发及爆发流行报告。80年代起WHO已正式把它列入传报范围。我国对军团菌的研究在不断发展。本文对其病原学、检测技术、致病机制、流行病学、预防与控制进行了综述。
