丙酸睾酮对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤细胞脑凋亡影响的实验研究(1)
【中图分类号】R651.1【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0022-02【摘要】目的：观察丙酸睾酮对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤脑细胞凋亡的影响。方法：36只大鼠随机分为假手术组、去势组及去势丙酸睾酮替代组(替代组)。线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型，TTC染色测脑梗死体积及免疫组化染色检测脑组织Bax的表达。结果：丙酸睾酮替代组和假手术组较去势组脑梗死体积明显增加；Bax蛋白表达阳性细胞数表达也增加。结论：丙酸睾酮具有促进脑缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡的作用，而Bax的表达升高可能其是重要机制之一。
