    【摘要】腰椎间盘突出是一种常见病，是腰腿痛常见的原因之一，目前腰椎间盘突出症的治疗原则，以保守治疗为主，其中以牵引为首选，采用三维电脑牵引复位术配合护理，效果显著，特别是对早期病人疗效好，治愈率高，但牵引复位前后的护理非常重要。
