整体护理质量的影响因素与预防护理差错的防范
【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0075-02【摘要】整体护理是以现代护理观为指导，以护理程序为框架核心，根据病人的生理、心理、社会和精神的需要提供的优质护理。我院自2002年12月开展整体护理以来，病人对护理工作的满意度提高了，取得了一定的成效和经验，但同时也存在着许多相关因素，直接影响着整体护理的实施效果，但最直接影响的是护士自身素质。
