【中图分类号】R697.32【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0085-02【摘要】我科对14例前列腺增生患者行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术，年龄最小60岁，最大82岁，平均71岁。术后留置三腔弗雷氏导尿管，并通过耻骨上造瘘管行封闭式膀胱环流冲洗，通过精心治疗护理，取得良好效果。
