    【摘要】目的：观察临床中广泛使用立体定位微创行颅内血肿穿刺术治疗脑出血，对患者术后预防并发颅内感染的护理以降低死亡率。方法：对临床40例行微创颅内血肿穿刺术后进行预防并发颅内感染的护理。结果：术后预防与护理措施得当，其成活率为70%。结论：因进行严密细致的预防及护理均未发生颅内感染。
