    【摘要】多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS)是青少年到生育年龄妇女发生高雄激素型无排卵症的最常见病种。本文将从现代医家对多囊卵巢综合症病因病机及治疗原则的认识、临床具体辨证用药、及近来PCOS卵巢及子宫内膜的发育异常和变化来进行探讨。
