    【摘要】中草药成分在溶剂中的溶解度直接与溶剂性质有关。溶剂可分为水、亲本性有机溶剂及亲脂性有机溶剂，被溶解物质也有亲水性及亲脂性的不同。我们就可以通过时中草药成分结构分析，去估计它们的此类性质和选用的溶剂。总的说来，只要中草药成分的亲水性和亲脂性与溶剂的此项性质相当，就会在其中有较大的溶解度，即所谓“相似相溶”的规律。这是选择适当溶剂自中草药中提取所需要成分的依据之一。
