    【摘要】目的：了解机关公务员口腔疾病发生现状。方法：对599名参加健康体检人员进行口腔检查时，对口腔疾病发生情况进行了诊断分析。结果：发生龋齿403人，智齿阻生37人，牙缺失223人，牙龈炎140人，牙结石266人，口腔粘膜病11人，牙周炎117人，17人健康。结论：被检查人员口腔疾病发生率颇高。其中前五位病发病率分别是龋齿67.28%，牙缺失37.22%，牙结石44.41%，牙周炎19.53%，牙龈炎23.37%。体检人员中绝大部分都患有口腔疾病，患病率达97.14%。
