宫颈疾病用阴道镜诊断的临床分析

【摘要】宫颈癌是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤，近年来发病率呈上升趋势，尽早对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和宫颈癌做出诊断和及时治疗就显得非常重要。阴道镜检查对宫颈疾病的诊断有重要价值，电子阴道镜可以把宫颈放大10～40倍，直接观察宫颈上皮和血管的变化，还可以在阴道镜的指示下进行活检，避免盲目活检，明显提高宫颈CIN和宫颈癌的诊断，为宫颈CIN和宫颈癌的治疗争取时间。
