探讨新生儿窒息复苏的护理体会
【中图分类号】R722.12【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0107-01【摘要】新生儿窒息是导致围产儿死亡和脑损伤的重要原因。新生儿窒息的死亡率受重度窒息发生率及复苏技术条件等的因素影响，死亡率3.0%～16.0%，及时有效地对重度窒息新生儿进行复苏是新生儿科工作者面临的实际问题。2007年1月～2007年11月，在我科未配备麻醉师的情况下，儿科医师熟练掌握新生儿气管插管术，护师采用静脉套管针保证了静脉及时给药，提高了新生儿窒息复苏成功率，取得了较好的效果。
