手术室人性化护理的临床概述
【中图分类号】R472.3【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0109-02【摘要】以病人为中心的服务理念呼唤新的护理模式，责任护理，整体护理等先进的护理模式就是基于这一理念而建立。这种护理模式的突出特点，就是将传统的以遵循医嘱为中心的被动护理转化为以人性化关怀为中心，强调护患沟通，主动服务的主动型护理。而这种人性化护理的推行在手术室护理中更有其必要性和紧迫性甚至悠关手术的成败和病人的安危。
