针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症
【中图分类号】R245【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0116-01【摘要】腰椎间盘突出症是由于椎间盘变性或外伤引起髓核、纤维环向椎管内突出，以压迫脊髓或神经根所出现的综合征。急性期突出部位及神经根充血水肿，张力较大，椎间盘不易还纳复位;慢性期突出部位椎间盘与脊神经根之间粘连，不易分离，并伴有椎管的软组织损伤。笔者在临床工作中采用针灸、推拿手法进行治疗，可以通经活络，使气血畅通，从而解除疼痛，且疗效显著。
