祛风治盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察
【中图分类号】R711.33【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0123-01【摘要】目的：观察祛风解毒，活血通络类中药配伍治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察。方法：应用白拟祛风治盆汤(金银花、马鞭草、红藤、桂枝等)进行中药口服治疗慢性盆腔炎病患24例，对照妇乐颗粒口服病患22例，共治疗3个疗程。结果：治疗3个疗程后，祛风治盆汤组总有效率91.6%，妇乐冲剂组织总有效率72.73%。两者有明显的差异性。结论：祛风治盆汤能对治疗慢性盆腔炎有明显效果。
