探讨老年人易患肺炎的综合因素
【中图分类号】R563.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0016-01【摘要】目的：探讨老年人肺炎的临床特点、治疗的综合性及特殊性。方法：对100例老年人肺炎的临床症状、肺部体征、确诊时间、合并症、并发症、治疗、转归方面与非老年组进行比较。结果：老年组与非老年组在临床症状、合并症、并发症、转归方面差异有显著性。结论：老年人肺炎起病隐匿、症状不典型，肺部体征无特异性，合并慢性基础疾病多，并发症多，故应重视老年人肺炎的早期诊断，进行及时有效治疗。
