尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白测定结果对比分析

【摘要】目的：了解尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白的结果与透射比浊法测尿微量白蛋白(mA1b)结果间的一致性。方法：用尿液分析仪和透射比浊法对265例尿液标本同时检测。结果：在需要检测尿mA1b的标本中，由于敏感度的不同用尿分析仪检测出的阳性率很低，并且其阳性结果中还存在一定数量的假阳性。结论：尿mA1b的检测与尿常规中尿蛋白测定结果相比，具有准确度高、灵敏度高等优点，在临床疾病的早期诊断中更具有重要意义。
