高龄巨大卵巢囊肿1例
【中图分类号】R737.31【文献标识码】D【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0162-01【摘要】卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见病。但多为中等大小，年龄以20~50岁多见。根据肿瘤组织发生分为；黏液性囊腺瘤，浆液性囊腺瘤，畸胎瘤及巧克力囊肿。所以面对年龄较大，体质消瘦患者是否能承受这一大手术,是摆在我们面前的主要问题。临床要取得理想的治疗效果。除了B超医生应有较高的专业水平外，妇科医生的技术，医德也是很主要的。尽管此手术风险很大，但为临床积累了宝贵的经验。
