探讨以骨盆牵引为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察
【中图分类号】R323.3+3【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0022-01【摘要】腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病之一，骨盆牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症是保守治疗中较有效的方法之一。我院2001～2007年以骨盆牵引为主或辅以抗炎镇痛药及硬膜外封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症275例，骨盆牵引的角度、牵引悬重、时间等因素处理当否，对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗有着十分显著的影响，有时甚至成为保守治疗成败的关键。
