十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床观察

【Abstract】My courtyard altogether admits the stomach, the duodenal ulcer critically ill perforation 348 examples from the 2000~2005 year, we have chosen 65 examples pure duodenum perforation, a line of conservative treatment, (occupies the same time patient 30.46%), has obtained the satisfactory effect.
