不同温度输液对骨科下肢术中病人体温的影响(1)
【中图分类号】R816.8【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0059-02【摘要】目的：观察不同温度下输液对不同年龄段的下肢手术病人体温的影响。方法：将42例下肢手术病人按年龄段分为A、B两组，A组(17～59岁)24人，B组(≥60岁)18人。每组又分试验组和对照组，实验组输加温至37℃的液体，对照组输室温液体，分别记录进入手术室和离开手术室时的肛温，并进行统计学比较。结果：A组较B组病人体温降低幅度小，实验组较对照组体温降低幅度小。结论：温液体输入减小术中病人体温下降幅度，但老年人体温下降幅度明显，单纯通过加温输液只能减小体温下降幅度，还应注意配合其他保温措施。

Conclusion: The warm liquid input reduces in the technique the patient fall of bodily temperature scope, but the senior citizen fall of bodily temperature scope is obvious, purely through heats up the infusion only to be able to reduce the fall of bodily temperature scope, but also should pay attention coordinates other heat preservation measures. ......
