儿童恒前牙外伤的临床诊治分析
【中图分类号】R788+.4【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0067-01【摘要】目的：探讨儿童恒前牙外伤的临床诊治经验，希望更好地指导儿童恒前牙保健。方法：对68颗因外伤导致损伤的年轻恒前牙进行活髓切断术治疗。结果：63颗牙成功，成功率为92.6%，24小时内就诊的患牙存活率是87.5%。结论：我们应加强儿童保健知识的普及，防止恒前牙外伤的发生。一旦发生牙外伤，应及早治疗。
