高龄急性阑尾炎30例诊治体会
【中图分类号】R656.8【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0074-01【摘要】目的：探讨高龄急性阑尾炎的诊治体会。方法：对我院1997年3月~2006年12月共收治的60岁以上急性阑尾炎患者30例进行回顾性分析。结果：27例行手术治疗，其中中毒性休克1例，术后切口感染2例，腹腔残余脓肿1例，切口裂开1例，保守治疗的3例中，2例症状消失，1例病情恶化转院治疗。结论：一经确诊，及早手术疗，术后作好围手术期的处理，加强对重要脏器的监测。

【Abstract】Objective:Discussion advanced age acute appendicitis diagnosis experience. Method: From March, 1997 above 60 years old which altogether admitted to December, 2006 the acute appendicitis patient 30 examples carries on the review analysis to my courtyard. Result: 27 routine surgeries treat, toxicity is in shock 1 example, after the technique the margin infects 2 examples, the abdominal cavity remaining abscess 1 example, the margin splits 1 example,in conservative treatment 3 examples, 2 examples symptoms vanish, 1 example aggravation of disease transfers the courtyard treatment. Conclusion: As soon as diagnoses, early the surgery cures, after the technique finishes encircles the surgery time processing, strengthens to the important internal organs monitor. ......
